Set Up
- Initial input of all employee details and monthly pay/deduction information
- Secondary review and approval of all inputted information
- Creation of payroll calendar and agreement with client
- Creation of secure permanent Payroll file to hold all client’s permanent information
- Creation of a control sheet specific to client with processes and contact details
- Application for FBI2 online access authorisation
- Submission of Form 64-8 for HMRC contact authorisation
- Set up of Auto Enrolment process specific to clients chosen Pension Provider
- Set up of access to myePayWindow online portal for Payslip and P60 storage and document transfer system
Frequency Processing
- Email clients contact for any changes to payroll
- Input/process all changes (Salary, CCV, Address, Bank details, Starters, Leavers, etc.)
- Check for all HMRC changes (Student Loan, Tax code)
- Input/process any expense payments/loan deductions
- Creation of Payroll Summaries and Payslips for Secondary Reviewer
- Creation of a funding request from info on Payroll Summaries
- Secondary Review to check all processed information and sign off
- Sending Payroll Summaries and Payslips to client contact for approval
- Completion of Payroll to include FPS/EPS (i.e., HMRC) submissions
- Printing and saving P32 (i.e., HMRC monthly reporting)
- Uploading of payslips to myePayWindow Portal
- Dealing with all HMRC correspondence and queries
- Dealing with client queries through client contact only (will not communicate with employees direct)
- Full Auto Enrolment process (Assessments, letters, joiners/leavers onto Pension Website, Monthly upload, and initiate payment)
